Professional Use License Agreement

Use of the PicturesNow site indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

PicturesNow images are the property of PicturesNow.com, Inc. When you license PicturesNow images, you may use or modify them for your personal, professional, internal, educational, editorial and client projects, including printed materials, advertisements, packaging, presentations, video, on-line, or multimedia projects.

For electronic and/or multimedia communications (e.g. presentations, training programs, video and web page design) the images must be at a resolution no greater than 640 x 480 at 72dpi. The images must be both decorative in nature and must not be the primary value or purpose of the production. For example, you may incorporate the image(s) as a decorative element on a web page but you may not use the image(s) in an application program where the image(s) represent the primary value (e.g. a screen saver).

• Use of images in ANY products for sale is prohibited.
• Use of images in print runs or production runs of greater than 10,000 units is NOT permitted.
• You may not use automated download applications to copy large quantities of images to your hard drive.
• You may not loan, rent, sell, sub-license, lease or otherwise transfer the right to use any images to any other person or entity (including computer bulletin boards), except to the extent that any such image has been incorporated by you into printed materials, online or offline media.
• Images may not be distributed or sold individually-they must be incorporated into these items.

PicturesNow images are licensed for use on only one (1) computer or workstation at a time, and not on a network or multi-user system.

The images delivered herewith are the property of PicturesNow and/or the photographer who provided them to PicturesNow The copyright laws of the United States and the provisions of the Berne Convention protect them from unauthorized use or reproduction.

Licenses are available for use of images on products for re-sale and for print or production runs of greater than 10,000. For more information on such licenses, contact us or email permissions@PicturesNow.com.
